The website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Academix Point Privacy Policy and Academix Point Cookies Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on the website by Academix Point (collectively, the "Agreement").

- Lesson Plan Generator - AI-powered curriculum-aligned lesson planning tools
- General Timetable Generator - Automated school, teacher, and class timetable creation
- Exam Timetable Generator - Smart examination scheduling system
- Sitting Plan Generator - Intelligent classroom seating arrangements
- Career & Study Guidance - Integration with NECTA, TCU, and NACTE
- Scientific Expression Lab - LaTeX and MathML equation builder
- Smart CV Builder - Professional CV creation tool
- School Account Management - Institutional accounts with analytics
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
Account Types
We offer different account types to serve our diverse user base:
- Individual Teacher Accounts - Free access to basic educational tools
- Student Accounts - Access to learning resources and career guidance
- School Accounts - Premium institutional accounts (30,000 Tshs/Year)
- Administrator Accounts - School management and oversight capabilities
Registration Requirements
To create an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- For school accounts: provide valid school registration details including School Index Number
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities on our platform.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload, share, or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without express written permission
- Violate intellectual property rights of Academix Point or third parties
- Share copyrighted materials without proper authorization
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on Academix Point, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, lesson plans, templates, and tools, is owned by Academix Point or its licensors and is protected by Tanzanian and international copyright laws.
User-Generated Content
- Content you create using our tools remains your property
- By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content
- You retain full rights to export, download, and use your generated content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any materials you upload
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
School Premium Accounts
School accounts are available at 30,000 Tanzanian Shillings per year
Features include: Multi-campus support, Advanced analytics, Priority training, and Custom data entry
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners
- You agree to provide accurate payment information
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused subscription periods
- No refunds for partial months or after significant use of premium features

6. Data Privacy and Security
Data Collection
We collect and process personal information including:
- Account registration information (name, email, phone, school details)
- Usage data and analytics
- Content created and stored on the platform
- Student records for school accounts (with proper consent)
Student Data Protection
- Schools must comply with applicable data protection laws
- Parental consent required for students under 18 years
- Student data used only for educational purposes
- We do not sell student data to third parties
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academix Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 100,000 Tanzanian Shillings, whichever is less.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Dispute Process
- Contact us first at contact@academixpoint.com to attempt informal resolution
- If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Dar es Salaam
- Arbitration conducted in accordance with Tanzanian arbitration laws
